Here’s a list of pretty boring stuff but with this set-in place, we protect you and we protect ourselves which means we can continue to bring you the dopest products on the planet!

 

All orders processed on www.moegifts.com will be shipped via Canpar Logistics. We do not ship on weekends and Canadian and BC holidays.

For a limited time, we offer free shipping for orders over $150 (before tax and shipping) (Northern territories are excluded from this offer) *

For a limited time, we offer free shipping for orders over $100 (before tax) for British Columbia. *

We dispatch orders within 1 to 5 business days via Canpar Logistics in very well packaged in blank boxes. For your privacy, there would not be any sign of the items inside.

Shipping transit times vary depending on shipping location. To find out shipping times, please visit the Canpar Transit Estimator here Please be advised once we shipped your order, we can’t change anything or cancel your order or speed up the delivery process. You can track your order all the way and if you have any question about your delivery process, you can contact Canpar Logistics with your tracking number to get more details on the status of the delivery of your order. We have no information other than the tracking info that you can see.

Please note no shipments are insured or guaranteed. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your order, please contact us PRIOR to ordering your product and we will assist you.

If you received your product damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. Our transportation insurance declines the damage claims made after the day of delivery. The report has to be sent to us by email including some pictures of the broken item and the order ID. You can find the order ID in the confirmation email that you have received from us when you placed your order. If we are not notified within 24 hours of delivery, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange.

We only ship orders to a valid billing address. If you want us to ship your products to a different address, we will ask you to send us a picture of the front side of your credit card along with government issued picture ID. If you are not the credit card owner, we unfortunately cannot ship the product to you. Some extra documentation may be required if you want to use a different address other than your billing address. One of the solution for this case is to buy a prepaid Mastercard or Visa with your credit card and register the prepaid credit card to your shipping address and make your purchase with the prepaid credit card.
