What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We are happy to be offer payment options including, Credit Card, Debit Visa, Interac Etransfer, and Cheque! For payment methods other than credit card, please understand that there is extra manual labour involved so extra processing time will be inevitable. We will get your order to your door as soon as possible, but the time needed depends on what method of payment is used.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use SHA-256 bit SSL and RSA Encryption throughout our entire website. What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your order your order confirmation and invoice will be automatically sent to your email once the order is placed. We will automatically receive the order as well and we will process your order within 1 business day on confirmation of payment. We will then pick your order, have it passed through quality control, and then packaged and shipped out with the next daily shipping truck! In the unlikely event of you purchasing a product that is out of stock, we will email and contact you to inform and either offer an exchange for another in stock product on our website or a refund for the product that was out of stock. But this rarely happens.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
